ABOUT GRACE

We bought Grace a few years ago as we’re planning an extended sailing trip.
This is the start of making it happen.
For those of you who like details, Grace is a Hans Christian 43. She was built in Taiwan in 1982. She became ours in 2010 and since then we’ve been upgrading, renewing and making her our home.

In the time we’ve owned her, we’ve had two extended holidays to the Channel Islands and one out to the Isles of Scilly from her current home on the east coast of England.
(Well Goole to be more precise!)
Its now time to venture further afield.

Dave is reposnsible for all things technical and mechanical while Helen is resposible for organisng Dave. This seems to have worked well so far and long may it continue.

Our plan is to write this blog as a way of updating a few select family and friends. We’ve no desire to share our news with the whole world!
